  • This is a 4-Days Safari that takes you to Kenya’s premier wildlife attractions namely Lake Nakuru National Park and Maasai Mara Game Reserve
  • The Lake Nakuru National Park is located at the Great Rift Valley floor (also lies the beautiful Lake Nakuru itself), surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland in a diverse ecological setting
  • The lake is reputed as a birding paradise with millions of pink flamingoes, pelicans, and other species.
  • White and black rhinos were introduced to the park some years ago, and you may find endangered white rhinos at the park’s southern end.
  • It is also home to lions, warthogs, waterbuck, buffaloes, reedbuck, Rothschild giraffes, zebras, and the occasional leopard.
  • World famous for hosting the world epic Great Migration, the Maasai Mara Game Reserve welcomes 1.5 million wildebeests onto its sprawling savannahs each July through October. All the Big Five are found here
  • Mara has also retained its reputation as an ornithologist’s delight, with more than 400 species of birds found here
  • Maasai Mara Game Reserve is ideal for all-year-round visitation hence undoubtedly Kenya’s most famous and most visited attraction.

Day 1: NAIROBI – Lake Nakuru (Approx. 3-4 hours)

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative for a safari briefing, then our professional safari driver guide will commence your safari. Then embark on a drive of 3-4 hours to Lake Nakuru National Park. Upon arriving in the park you will check into your lodge, have lunch, and go for an afternoon game drive.

Lake Nakuru National Park is a bird-watching paradise with astounding pink-colored flamingoes that are spotted on the shores of Lake Nakuru. It is also one of the most successful rhino sanctuaries in this part of Africa. Return to your camp late at sunset (18:00hrs.) for an overnight

Day 2:Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara

After breakfast drive out of the Great Rift Valley through the Mau escarpments to the plains of the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya, arriving in time for lunch. Later leave for the evening game viewing drive where you will have a chance to spot lion prides, wildebeest, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, and buffalo along with other varied species of hoofed animals. Meals and overnight at your Lodge.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara

Begin your day with an early breakfast and set out for the morning game viewing. Admire the rolling hills, waving savanna grasses spotted umbrella-shaped acacia trees. The reserve has a very high density of lions, with about 500 in over 1500 square kilometers. Watch out for possible Big Five hunt drama during your game drives. Head back to your campsite before nightfall take your dinner and enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara

Departure. You will have an early morning breakfast and check out. Take a one-hour visit to the Maasai village and get a chance to interact with the Maasai with a close glimpse into their culture, and unique way of life. You’ll enjoy lunch at noon in Narok. We depart for Nairobi to your hotel of residence or JKIA, NBO for your onward flight back home. Not empty though! With us are photographs – a capture of the special moments we have had on this tour to immortalize the experience. Nairobi arrived at around 17:00hrs. End of encounter.
