  • This attraction site is ideal for bird-watching, hiking, picnics, and game drives. Home to the rare white rhino species and pink flamingos among the many birds.
  • The following day move to neighboring Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and view hippos among other wildlife.
  • Lake Naivasha is famous for its abundance in populations of hippos, pelicans, and flamingos. The lake is a birder’s paradise as it is home to over 400 bird species.
  • A visit to Hells Gate National Park and Crescent Island is like; “A Walk on the Wild Side”
  • Check out of your Naivasha hotel after breakfast on the third for a road trip on the Great Rift floor down to Maasai Mara Reserve.

Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park

Early morning pick up from the airport or the hotel then drive on the famous Lake Nakuru National Park.  Mid-morning game drives through the park. Lake Nakuru itself is well known all over the world for its flamingoes. It is also home to a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos. At times there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lakeshore. Arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive.  Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge

Day 2: Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Make an early morning drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Located on the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of Wildebeest, Zebras, and attendant predators. You will arrive in time for lunch and then have an afternoon game drive.  Dinner and overnight at your Lodge or Camp.

Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, we have a full-day game drive, with a packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-manned lion, as well as its abundant resident wildlife, and it’s one of the few places where it’s possible to see the big five during a morning’s game drive.

For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these 16 species of eagle, plus many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 of bustard (including the Kori bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sunbirds.  Dinner and overnight at lodge or Camp.

Day 3: Maasai Mara/Mombasa

Morning game drive in Maasai Mara and depart late in the morning to Nairobi en route to Mombasa for three days where you can relax and have a memorable holiday vacation with amazing and beautiful beaches. Lunch en route and in the afternoon flight from Nairobi to Mombasa.

Day 5 and 6: Mombasa Beach

Take a deep breath and pamper yourself with a relaxing stay at the beach: a quiet place, of crystalline turquoise water, white sand, and a huge seashore with only the noise of the sea and the gulls in the background. Mombasa is well known for its exotic beaches, diverse marine life, world-class hotels, and friendly people. Nightlife is always exciting, and the City offers many dance clubs and casinos to cater to a variety of entertainment tastes.  Dinner and overnight at Voyager Beach Resort.

Day 7: Mombasa – Departure

You can spend the last hours of your journey relaxing. After you will have a transfer to Mombasa airport for a domestic flight back to JKIA, NBO. End of safari.
